Join us on a unique journey as we transform our beautiful nature center into a space to explore grape vineyards in many different flavor palates! Find your favorite styles with an incredible selection of wines from around the world while meeting our magnificent birds of prey, including owls, falcons, and even a majestic Bald Eagle. When you arrive on this summer evening, you’ll receive your keepsake wine glass, which will be the first in a series of four collector wine glasses featuring a new bird of prey! Then, you’ll take off on a journey of tasting a wide variety of international wines selected by experts from AVA Wine, and nibble on an array of imported cheeses and Italian treats. Whether you discover your flavor profile is big, bold, juicy, or fruity – or perhaps surprise yourself by being drawn to savory styles, you may try and then buy! All sampled wine will be available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds supporting our Raptor Program, which educates the public about these birds of prey and their important role in our environment. Tickets are $60 each.
